Opened each of them for the 4th time on all of my 7 characters who are to said chests (some are missing a few because I'm lazy) on the 14th of last month... gonna check every day starting on the 14th.
Note: the extent of my PvE in the month was one hard mode mission, and a few hours of farming. No other missions, just heavy PvP concentation on my war (main char). |

Well it's been 4 months now on my main. He still can't open them, last time I tried had been after 30 days too, so I don't know what's going on.
